Ilan Brand has more than 30 years experience in tax accounting, preparation and planning. He specializes in personalized business and financial advice, tax preparation and tax planning services for individuals and small size businesses, including setting up new corporations and Limited Liability Companies in all states. Ilan Brand has had extensive experience in IRS audit preparation and client representing before the IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board and is certified as an "IRS Enrolled Agent" by the U.S. Treasury Department. In addition, Ilan Brand was in the past a principal in real estate investment and development companies and has a thorough knowledge of this industry.

Yuval Domb, Certified Public Accountant

Yuval received his CPA license in 2003. He has worked in the public accounting field for over 10 years servicing clients in various industries such as service, manufacturing, and retail. Yuval has extensive experience in bookkeeping and accounting with specialty in QuickBooks software set up and client support and therefore is in charge of the liaison with the clients or their bookkeeping staff regarding day to day accounting matters. Yuval earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1998.
